I meant the depth of the laquer and the overall shinyness of that paintjob - it will require a lot of buffing and polishing to achieve that result.

Project Chokolate; Update 17 Juli 2011

Now I cant reaqlly decide about the sleeve, it is that I have been looking around on some projects and psycosleeve how it looks and I'm quite unhappy...damn that it has to ruin my plans:(. It seems that the sleeve is more orange than it is brown and I can not believe that picture fooled me, until i saw the others...

I found something interesting when I googled today ... Paracord! Brown and nice ones:), just the color I want and there and buy in Sweden. Has fallen a bit for this but I do not know how it will be when my sleeve with it ... I have seen a guy on extreme systems sleevingtopic where he sleeve an AX850 with green and black Paracord 550, and it looked pretty good, you can say ... time for some pictures.

    Darkbrown Paracord

Yeah, Paracord looks nice, but I heard it can be quite a challenge to get it on nicely.

Yeah i know but u get what the quality is deserved to be paid, ofc it could be a little cheaper or they could inklude for example 1m with each 10metres of sleeve for the same price :)

In total I think that it would cost less than £30 to sleeve a whole psu including tools :jawdrop: instead of around £80

I'm pretty sure it's the tightest weave braid you can get though, so you probably won't get any cable colour coming through on the white braid though

you can say that, but mdpc-x have thicker strings then others and it fills up more of the space ,still the white sleeve is a bit translucent but everyone can understand why...
