have you considered running your two 80.1 rads in parallel as you'll see less of a pressure drop then running in series.

Why do you have the big pump running the small WC system, and the little pump handling your CPU, GPU, NB and HDD?

    Size does'nt matter :baby:

The Danger Den D4 pump is a lot more powerfull than even the Eheim 1250.

    Cheers,
    Mike

the little pump is a DD D4 12v and is yes more powerfull then a 1250 the little one is an Eheim 1048 on of the many spares they are good little pumps and running the second loop sdoesn't have to be very powerfull so its ok :)

Pressure drop doesn't matter really as its only ment to run a 10mm setup so im not bothered.

Yeah when the rest o fit arrives i'll clean it up a bit and try and get as much 1/2" in there as i can get :). its always good to fill it with the big stuff :)

Ah, I thought it was a 1250, and I had no idea that DD's little 12V thing could out-perform that.

How come the 'little' system gets the reservioir, when the big-un doesnt?

That aside, great job on the whole thing. How are you going to get the pipes to the back two radiators? Hole in the side panel?

    Weee oh-so-many questions ;)

keep em coming dude i don't mind

The big loop does get a res i've got a 3.5" dual floppy res running off the big loop and the Tank-o-matic for the little loop.
Im gonna beat a curve into the side panel so that it clears all the pipes, not sure what to do i might just leave the side off not sure yet will wait and see :)

Ah, I thought that thing was a HDD cooler in a 5.25" bay.

Thanks for the info, and keep up the good work.

Thats the designs i have for the front, blank off the top maybe cut out for the Antec control unit and an LCD but at present that is the acrylic so it will be clear just did a chrome render too see what its like shame it doesn't take good screen shots of it.

who cares about mess if it works why tidy it lol, if we where all neat freaks life would be boring, i've never really tried too be tidy you can tell by my room. Your pc is a refelction of yoru personality and well mine is messy :). Pumps are near silent mate 7v both of them so im happy everything inther eis volted down all the fans are at 5v and that makes it a quiet PC :).

The cathods ont he back are my desk lamp as they are brighter and easier :).
