    What spray primer did you use for the EK pump?None of the primers I'm using hold on EK parts.

    clear for plastic, i bought it to the local shop, can't remember the brand

    Nothing seems to stick on this Acetal :confused: I don't know if I'm missing something: primer for plastic - sand the surface with 600 sandpaper - clean with alcohol and then spray . After is dry I can peel the primer even with my nail:wallbash:

    you have to sand before the primer, i started with 180 sandpaper

    This is what I've done before the primer.The thing is,that I used only 400/600 sandpaper .

    Use something strongher first, start with 180 at least, then go for 400/600. How mutch time do you leave the primer to dry? I usually do 3 coats of primer, 1 each 5 minutes and then dry for 30 minutes. Then 3 coats of colour like the primer and dry for 24h

    I do two coats of primer, 15 min. between the coats this is what is ways on the back of the can.And then three layers of the maim colour. Probably the primer is not good enough or it's just don't cover Acetal.
