Thanks, I'm at uni atm, so I won't be back until mid-december. I'll have a look around, but can't remeber where it is.

Okay, well I think I've finally got the hang of Sketchup! Yipee!! And thanks to 'asura' I have a model of the Lian Li PCQ-08B, which is dandy!

Anyway, I've decided to have a play with it and see what I can come up with, obviously I'll have a look to see if this is possible before I go crazy, but what do you guys think? Any ideas on where I can mount the second HDD? I've got one internally, but what about the other? I can't think of anywhere to put it.

Anyway, on with the sketchup stuffs!

Appologies for the quite frankly diabolical tubing, only managed to figure it out today! Props to Talledega!

A tip, in sketchup you can go File->Export->2D Graphic to get your pictures; saves taking a full screen cap.

And don't stress about your tubing. In fact, don't try to make it any better, because the better you get at sketchup the more of your time it wastes! Unless you are doing renders...

Anyway, keep up the good work

do away with the bay res, use a res top, use a 51/4 converter and put a 3.5hdd into that bay?

Thanks for the tip :) I'll bear it in mind!

Thought about that, but I've already got the bay res, so was hoping to keep using that. Saying that, it would help witht the tubing...

what about the gtx 460 block? or not worrying about it for now?

EDIT: It'd be easy to plumb in though, top rad fitting > GPU > CPU > RAD > PUMP > RAD

Would like one, there's just a few concerns:

    - Temps, will the rads cope? I'm not sure tbh :/
    - Price, the blocks are just too much for me atm.

Otherwise that'd be plumbed in as well!

go push pull on the front rad and you'd be freezing the nuts off of the parts.

the GTX 460 runs surprisingly cool, speaking from experience on an OC'ed card on stock cooler (Gigabyte OC 1024)

EDIT: Back in a bit, running over to the warehouse @ work.

Didn't think of that actually... not a bad idea... Let me have a quick look and see what I can draw up...

Couple of 45* fittings and it should be fine... that's a bloody good idea man... Not to justify £60 on the waterblock >.<

I thought your pic was great and got the message across. I downloaded Sketchup and the best I can do is make a box! I guess I will need to learn it some more.

Enjoy your time at uni atm.(showing ignorance-what is it?) If you find the DVD cover plate great, if not at least you tried. As a note, I just need it for trial fitting. Would be happy to pass along to someone that needs it. (My case will be red-the black will stand out too much)
