    Appreciated bigz :thumb:

I'm using the 71.84's so that could be the same problem that i'm having overclocking Sli

I'd not had the chance to search for any issues and just went for the newest i could find so its nice to know others are having problems (that's not meant to sound like i'm happy others are having problems just that its reassuring its not only me if you know what i mean)

I'll keep a look out anyway thanks.

I must say, the finish seems to be staying lovely and shiny :D That Peek polish is the boyo, no signs of it oxidising ;)
On the subject of shows, I hope you're planning to appear with that beast at Modfest :D I'm hoping i'll be able to attend to see the work of yourself and other fellow modders in the UK; perhaps with my rig if i'm allowed. Anyone idea of when Modfest is going to be on this year

I've heard absolutely nothing about a follow up to ModFest '04 unfortunately :(

    A 100% pure depth-perception-killing machine.

And for the amount of polishing involved I have nothing to say other than I admire your insane level of patience and perserverence. And that's odd coming from someone like me that can stand doing the same task for hours at a time.

Looks incredible! That bezel really just adds one more of those finishing touches. Like I've said before, you're one of few people in my eyes that can make the big-bore setups look REALLY good.

Yeah, don't use the 71.84's for SLI... you can't OC with them at all. I've got the Guru3d 75.90 betas and they seem fine, although when I tried to max out Doom3 settings (just for kicks, I hate the game lol) I got a hard lockup. That may have been a fluke though, they're fine for every other game I've tried at least. I just know I'm really heavily CPU bottlenecked right now which is why I was thinking the drivers weren't working for all the right games in SLi mode (3d01 only 18k but that's on par with other setups, and about 15k in 03...) Hmm FX55 for *cough* only $900 at newegg but what can I say... refrub 4000+ for $500.

    ANYWAYS....

Yeah, just plain wow. Although I'm seeing those knobs for that fanbus as sticking out a bit :grr: But that CD bezel really is just amazing work.

Yeah the knobs needed to be shortened a little so the door can close properly so i eventually got some new aluminium ones from Maplins and was able to shorten them by about 3mm which is just enough providing i take a about 1mm off the inside of the door as well.

.....and of coarse polished them along with the other 3 bezels so that's the front pretty much finished so the rest can be fitted at long last.

I'll have a bit search around for drivers once i get a bit of spare time though it seems to be running great even though i can't overclock the cards

You got to keep a cotten cloth with ya all the time for that?

    Looking great so far.

Bling bling to the tenth power. I'd imagine a terry cloth would be needed to keep finger prints and whatever settles on it the images to me make the bezel look a bit hazy must be the lighting or the camera.

Looks amazing, great job! Not sure if I like the green leds on the fan controller though. But, I'm positive they look better in person.

...so when are you doing this to the inside? :p

I actually like the green -- less overused than blue or white, yet still powerful and cool-looking. A nice compliment to an awesome mod, if I may say so :D

I'd say it needs more green lighting. :baby: It could really accent the polished metal that way.
