The picture kinda tells the story, Holy Crap this took some time to complete If you look close enough you may see one IDE cable, I also painted the ATX wire's and plug.
I'm using a another power supply just hooked up to the fans. and the LCD is hooked up too another PC.
That is absolutly a beautiful mod! Splendid work on the wiring and tubing! Wish i knew where the case is located..
One question: http://www.dodgetrucks.org/gallery/data/500/8285wc43.JPG How is that radiator going to pull any air at all with it just sitting flush on the floor? Great idea for a vacuum cleaner, but unless I'm missing something it won't cool to the best of its ability Superb wiring job though, I wish I could get my PC60 that clean
I assume he is going to raise the case on some feet, creating sufficient clearance for the rad to get some air in. Crap. I was going to mount my LCD on the side there...
I hope they're pretty feet Still gonna have to have some heavy-duty filters on and clean them often, the amount of dust that collects on the bottom of my case purely from negative pressure is quite scary...
I've never seen wiring as clean as that, nice work How many CCFL's are in there, it might pay to put one at the top to balance the lighting out On the subject of that, when are you going to post it?
very nice job. i still nominate this case mod to be front page material with a stealthy wiring guide.
TopGun 80% completed(35 new pics) Here's 2weeks of modding and I'm exhausted and burnt out Happy to report the drives are alive and well in raid0. all the drivers loaded updates are done, soon time for some benches . OK I'm to tired to type more so here's the pics. Now it ready for Black Anodizing Here's a Stacker next to TopGun, This got a smile on my face quick The Peltier power supply was not happy pluged into my PSU so i had to give it a dedicated line with a relay too switch it on.
Oh my gosh. Awesome work. The wiring is the best I've ever seen. Ok, this was like repeating what other people already said... but I can't add anything. Five stars. ~: subscribed.
The open back of the case gives me some ideas for an all together more retro case, ok it'd probably just appeal to the geeks
