Hi everyone !!.. recently I got a nforce 5 motherboard running Raid 0 with two
300GB SATA Harddrives . Both HD are connected onto the MCP ( Southbridge ).
The array work perfectly fine . But the problem is , I can't install some of my games using Alcohol or Daemon tools . I tried to install games onto another non-raid HD and it's works.

Do anyone one of you have any ideas? could I solve the problem?
or it's a fact that virtual disc programs can't work with raid ? :sigh:

    Thanks!!!

There should be no reason a CD mounter couldn't install a RAID array. Windows just thinks RAID arrays are big large disks. Dunno what's up to be honest.

    I re-create the array using settings of : stripping Block : 32K
    Boot : Yes

now it seems to work fine.

LMFAO! I thought the same thing. I use alcohol exclusively when I can't figure things out in life! :)
