    firstly none of my friends are hardware enthusiasts, few are even gamers. the likelihood of this getting read by any of them is nil. the chances of them recognising me is less.

    secondly (monkey) i've put it up for jokes, so you're welcome to have one. i'm not asking for your support or understanding, just passing the time tbh

    Fair enough. Still, some folks on here aren't strictly hardware enthusiasts. And then there's the whole "I know a guy who knows a guy" thing. Just be prepared for the backlash if word does get around somehow.

    Invite her over for drinks again after a night of partying, and if it becomes a regular routine you decide weather you want to make something of it, or more of a "friends with benefits" type situation?

    to be honest the best thing is to actually meet up with her soon (if you can with minimum friends in around) happened to me a suprising long time ago (god i am feeling old now i have actually thought about how long ago it was...) anyways we met up a day or 2 afterwards had a little giggle about the 'hows and whys' it all happened and then just carried on as normal, no major strangeness, ok we decided to keep it between us and let no one else know.

    bonus of keeping it to ourselves and us not being too weird about it we did end up as Friends with benifits ok when she got a boyfriend or me a girlfriend things stopped but we generally resumed once we where both single again
