In the ad section you should have included an option for "I use adblock, I don't see ads in the site". Not nice of us but people do use adblock.

Why there are three red crosses above the email address at the really last page ?

the three red crosses mean that the field gets verified, so you have to fill in something that looks like a real email address. (of course, putting in a fake email address would be stupid when there are prizes involved)

The problem with that conversion is that products aren't priced the same in Europe as they are in the US. There seems to be a $1=1 pound pricing scheme so if I purchased the same parts I'd spend more of my income in the UK that here in the US. I ended up estimating how many pounds the items I buy would cost and then answered, hoping that gives Bit the answer they're looking for.

I found the price bandings a bit vague, if I remember right the options for "how much did you spend last year were like" 0-1000, 1000-2500... I spent £1100 on my baby but I think selecting 1000-2500 is a bit misleading. Maybe more options in the smaller values.

Also, a general comments box would have been nice, like other people said. Could just say something here, but it's not as anonymous as in the survey.

The only real complaint I've had with bit-tech is mobile phone technology. I just don't think it fits in with bit-tech. a phone's a phone!

and a "cream of the crop" section would be wickid too. Let's people see the best hardware at the moment.

Totally agreed here. Your advertisers need to realise that we're reading high quality up to the minute reviews on hardware. Trying to convince us that an 8400 is the dogs nutz just isn't going to cut it. in my case it makes me less inclined to buy from them because they're taking the piss and not respecting our intelligence
