I would imagine the post-race coverage will be shunted to BBC2 to allow pre-match buildup.

This. Judging by current performances, in an England match the pre match build up is as exciting as it gets for them! Only France have been as boring to watch as them! Lets hope their respective grand prix's are more exciting. Don't mind missing the press conference or anything at the end of the race. The results often speak for themselves and any incident usually takes a day or two to fully come out and be assessed, before finally getting reported to the world blown out of context by every paper.

Just checked radiotimes.com and looks like the entire show has been shunted over to BBC2.

Ah - Valencia. Desperately wants to be Monaco, but comes off more like Feilixstowe. :)

It's the 2010 Container Port Grand Prix!

Interesting quali, both McLaren's making mistakes in their Q3 runs so they could be racey tomorrow - if they can find anywhere to overtake that is.

Just a reminder that the race will be on BBC2 here in the UK, coverage starts 1210 and the race at 1300.

    Looking forward to tomorrow:

    12.10 - 3pm - F1

    3pm onward England vs. Germany

    8pm Top Gear.

    :D

Hopefully England will win somewhere... if not on the pitch then maybe on the racetrack. :)

    I know!

Lucky, lucky Webber. 5 years ago, they'd have been peeling his face off the tarmac.

He's such a dangerous driver imo, he can't handle himself under pressure and makes moves that are far too aggressive which put himself and other drivers in danger.

I don't think he's dangerous. Could've happened to anyone behind a substantially slower that was just wandering on the trakc.

Id disagree, Mark has crashed too often like that ie on a slip stream. Not as spectacular but still hes dangerous in my opinion.

How can Hamilton notice a bottle on the road at those speeds? at 60mph in my car if I see something small like that im not able to identify what it is. Their eyesight and brains process faster than mine, guess why im not a race driver :).

I like Alonso thinking Hamilton hurt his race when Hamilton hesitated to overtake the pace car. Hamilton wasnt able to get past in time so does Alonso think he would behind him? Funny hes upset Hamiltons still stayed in 2nd after the penalty.

He decided to follow behind when with his speed advantage he could have easily darted down the inside. The blame in that accident lies with Webber, not Kovalainen. Webber was clearly frustrated with the way his race was going and chose to make an overly aggressive move, which is what he always does when things aren't going his way, and it cost him dearly.

I love how Alonso's engineer is deliberately calming him down. It's like the folks at the wall know he's a hothead :hehe:

As for Webber/Heikki - I guess you folks are right.

TBH, I think Hamilton got a huge advantage from overtaking the safety car, but what's done is done. Mistakes and punishments have been handed out - Alonso and Ferrari can't complain any longer.

EDIT: Half the grid is being penalized for the safety car fiasco. Hah!

Yeah he did but if anything it looked like a moment of hesitation than a deliberate act, had he not hesitated and just floored it then he would have been past that second safety car line without an issue.
