    Do you mean what skin is he using?

    If you mean how is skining windows it's probably the modified uxtheme.dll file like everyone else.

    two 17" LCDs on either side, with a 19" CRT in the middle. The aspect ratio of each works out so that they match up almost perfectly.

    Both Correct, 2x19" CRTs, 2x Samsung Syncmaster 957df's, picked up the other last week for....£20! I did buy it on ebay for 16.04 but felt bad for giving such a little amount for a decent / big monitor :)

    Herbicide, you can. Is that eConsole? Just enable window borders (by right-click menu), resize the window so that the scroll bar disappears, and then disable window borders again.

    Alternatively, use Console, which is an eConsole clone that runs faster and better. It needs configuring through an .ini file which is a bit more hassle, but still quite flexible. You can get rid of the scroll bar there by setting its width to 0.

    Also check out the total remake V2.0 version, here.
