The ThermalTake Armour+ may not be everyones idea of a great-looking case, but it certainly has it where it counts. We take a look at the rather striking Armour+ to see if this LAN gamers case can withstand our testing of if it is more a case of -Armour. Ha!

    :p

DO we really need that much plasic and all of those PCI slots?

I like the internal's of the case, its only the outside that let it down for me.

It seems I'm one of the few who actually quite like the look of that case. It was one of the two cases I was considering when I finally get around to upgrading my system (although I think I've decided to go for the Coolermaster Cosmo instead).

The tool-less drive bays look a lot better than the ones on my current case (TT Xaser III - which refuses to hold a half length Front-X USB bay).

I agree that the plastic flaps on the front need to go though, but I like the fact that you can re-arrange the front of the case so that the optical drives can go anywhere on it.

    Amazing

Is it just me or is this the same case as my Cooler Master Stacker CMS 830 covered in plastic to drive the price down? Oh no it couldn't be, It's the Cooler Master Stacker 810:duh:. Thermaltake get your own design and pick something original, like my next case the "U2-UFO Brushed Aluminum" (Google it). Or steal designs from someone smaller than Cooler Master, like someone in the modding section of bit-tech.net
I still think that WMD modd was is the best ever.

Case appearance is up to the users personal preference, so I believe Bit-Tech should be more subjective in the matter.

The fact that the case looks ugly to you might not be the case with the next person, I however like the Antec P180-190.

Dude, shut up!! how much more 'subjective' do you want Bit-Tech to be, they clearly said several times that it wasn't to their tastes and that other people might like it...

    LONG LIVE THE P182!!!!!!!

Is it just me or does Joe do all the work around here? Every review and news article seems to be from him at the moment. This is a Good Thing. Keep it up.

Not sure i really like any thing on this case, ok the inside is well setup for an air cooling layout, not much oppourtunity for a decent water cooling setup though, and the exteriour is plain ugly

The hdd rack seems like something that could be useful, but as for everything else, the stacker 830 does it better. plus it has a door that is a door, a real mans door that requires the pinky strenght of a rock climbing jazz pianist to open! A case that would make Jeremy Clarkson proud, the Armour seems to be a bit Richard Hammond to me.

Too much plastic, sorry, but the amount of plastic on that case makes it look like some 5£ super budget china case.
