I'm currently looking at options for replacing the heater matrix in my classic car and a thick 240mm rad might be just about the right size. Will a PC watercooling rad be ok running under 13PSI of pressure at 90 degrees C?

    140!!! Think 13 should be ok, :D.

Crossflow wouldn't work for this car, as standard the heater pipes are both at the same end of the matrix.

    Thanks, that's expanded my options.

Hardware Labs told me Black Ice NEMESIS GTS/GTX radiators are tested to 4.5 bars (65 psi) and can be safely operated at 2.5 bars (36psi) nominal.
