Finished Ted Lasso, easy wholesome viewing.

Also bashed through the last four of Foundations.

    Bloody. Love. That.:thumb:

Must admit, I did my own head in finding an order and watching them just so.

I can't not to to be fair. Even if it's just a throwaway line I find it a compulsion.

Coming to the end of SG Atlantis, watched the penultimate episode tonight.
Really don't know if I should watch the final happy clappy episode, for me this last but one in an alternative universe / time line is where it should have ended

Next comes 2 seasons of Universe (3 if you can find the comic books).

Nope the SG train ends at Atlantis, Universe was a mistake that should not see the light of a TV (IMHO)

Each to his own - I enjoyed SG:U and was disappointed to see it end so soon.

It's been many many moons since I watched it, I don't recall re-watching it, but you maybe onto something, maybe my dislike of it was due to it being cancelled rather than it just being bad.

If it ever becomes free to watch I might give it another chance, maybe.

You might be in with a chance, as one of the free channels (Pick) just started a daily SG:1 rerun

They were definitely going for some serious Battlestar Galactica vibes, that’s for sure. But I did enjoy it. It was good to have a bit of a shake-up and do something slightly different.

    The House of the Dragon

    It had its moments but

For the love of god why do we have to have a birthing sequence every five frickin minutes. Sure the odd one here or there but it felt like I was watching a medieval pregnancy documentary.

I’d never heard of it before but the other night Mum was watching TV so I joined her.

It turns out I really like Vera.

Just finished Twisted Metal, never played the games so not exactly a fan that way but I am an Anthony Mackie fan.
Loved it, Sweet tooth was amazing, Will Arnett voicing is perfect.

I can't say if it's true to the game obviously but I recognise elements of the game, it's lots of fun as it's 30 mins episodes so not a drawn out slog

Finally convinced the missus to watch Halt and Catch Fire, so I'm rewatching that. Man, I love that show.

It is so chuffin' good. The guys behind it, Christopher Cantwell and Christopher C. Rogers, wrote it as a straight-out-of-screenwriting-school thing in the hopes it'd impress someone enough for 'em to get in the writers' room on something; instead, it got optioned. A successful failure, then!

Every season scored higher than the last until it ended on the fourth, so if you watch the first season and figure it's just so-so then keep going - it literally, by critical acclaim, keeps getting better.

GOOD NEWS: Neil Gaiman has just said that, as the writer's strike is now officially over, he's resumed work on the scripts for Good Omens 3.
BAD NEWS: Amazon have only commissioned the scripts so far, not the show.
