Got a quote from a friend, will cost about £500 to re-plaster majority of the house. Great when I thought I would be spending about £1500 on it.

Just finished my second day of my Navy basic training. I'm tired as hell, I ache but it's all in the name of getting a career.

My sister is saying "oh dear" "oh deary me" trying to get me to react to her phonecall that must have been so intresting, from what i gathered of her shouting over the top of "Miss May I - Forgive & Forget" her friend is in a fued with her ex boyfriend of 3 minutes....

If it all flys off then it means i have to stroll over town sober (unless i get of my ass and get some frosty beverages stocked in the fridge) and be the responsible adult which is actually quite fun when you are telling off people of the same age.

I think my MPD26 is also waiting for me at the post office. either that or USB cables but im pretty sure they would'nt post them first recorded at 99p a cable.... and tommorow is my short day of the week so i will be collecting it just before 11.30am

 

Unbelievable day and night. Travelled to Bournemouth for a Lacrosse tournament, went out on Tuesday night and had an great time! Walked around Bournemouth for a couple of hours attempting to find the hotel. Then the Lacrosse tournament was epic, didn't win a match but enjoyed it anyway, everyone improved and learnt a few more of the rules against teams who play far above our level.

 

Six months ago I was a broke bum, with no job, sleeping on a sofa bed, then this woman came into my life, and everything went into be good me Dom mode, few weeks into being with her I got a call offering me a job. C

Couple months into this job I was offered a permanent positiion as a lead engineer on a new contract. I now own an epic pc, I have a beautiful girlfriend and a reason to be happy.

Took nearly a year to get back into work and the same amount of time to find someone who understands me and doesnt take me for a fool.

So definate reasons to being an awesome life right now xD

I post that and then a bottle coke explodes covering me, though missed the important things, keyboard/mouse, monitor lol I say explodes I opened it and it fized over. 1.25 litre bottle of coke holds some pressure lol

Oh and BC2 just finished downloading!

 

I just signed up for The Warrior Dash

 

1. Just pre ordered BF3. 2. Will be moving soon to nicer newer and less smellier duplex. 3. My strained hamstring is feeling better, but its taken ages to heal (+7 weeks now), it still hurts a bit (thank you drugs!). 4. Just got car fixed that has had an irritating small oil leak for the past 18+ months. 5. I've been on vacation since the 1st and don't go back to work till the 18th!

Overall life is good right now.

Bit early for the original comment, as a more family friendly alternative all I will say is "Care to Elaborate?"

 

Life is going well. I survived a car crash that should have injured me intensely, got a B on a philosophy paper that took me an hour, classes are well. And generally life is great.

 

Tax rebate for over £600,s half of what i paid for my computer!!!

Went for a good Cardio session last night and realised how much I missed the gym. (15 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes rowing, 10 minutes stationary cycle - I guess that counts as a good bit of cardio).
If all goes to plan, tonight will be an arms session.

Also: Started playing the Gunstringer last night... BEST.Kinect.Game.So.Far.
Really. It's zany, wonderful, quick, funnyand innovative. And it comes witha download code for fruit ninja kinect...
