I'm super sad It's going next month. I've really enjoyed it! Though the economy is rubbish. has pretty much all the factory extras so it's a nice little car.

Ours is the same, it was the local dealer showroom car so came with about £5000 of extras in it such as the black leather heated seats, all blacked out interior, black headlight housings, there's a lot of blackness.

Yeah stearing wheel/footwell/door seal/rear spoiler etc..... leather seats, has the full "excitement package" sport mode. (turns it up to 11). and a load of other stuff.

yeah had an 05 1.6L cooper 3dr great car but needed the extra doors and then went a little over the top on the extras :thumb: but made sure it has no external works badge or cooper stripes.

we should start a Mini club :D

It's a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS in Hyper Blue Metallic. It has most of the options you can get with these. I traded in my 2011 2LT that I owned for almost 5 years. Here's a picture of my new one next to my old one.

Very nice! Auto or stick shift (manual)?

    Great choice of colour too.

Thanks! It's an 8-speed automatic. It can be shifted via stick or paddles on the steering wheel. It's a blast! I'm still in the break-in period though, I have another 1,000 miles to go before I can really hammer it down.

I'll get some photos of the interior soon, it's actually really nice. General Motors has really upped the quality of their interiors. I lived in the 5th gen (2016 is a new 6th generation) for 5 years and it's a lot of hard plastics, basic displays, retro gauges, etc. Not the nicest quality, but it's an interior that was originally assembled in 2009, so it's about average for an American car from that year.

The 6th gen improved so much it's easier to just take a picture of what it looks like lol

Here's a quick shot of the engine.

It's a 6.2L V8 producing 455HP/455TQ with active fuel management to boot, so not only is it a monster, it can get good gas mileage at cruising speeds, typically up to 29MPG.

Motortrend just did an article comparing the 2015 BMW M4 against the 2016 Chevy Camaro SS. There's a lot of good interior shots here too.

Ill take a look at the link tomorrow, that's one lump of an engine, 29mpg sounds pretty good when I'm only getting 35 out of my 1.8t and you got twice the power and probably twice the weight :(

I assume the 29 quoted is US gallons as well, which is pretty much bang on 35 UK MPG.

That said, I'll be surprised if you post back once you're over your break-in period and report anything remotely near that ;)

I'm seeing 17mpg (UK, so 14 US) out of a 3l, so don't feel bad in any case!

Yeah I'm expecting my average MPG is going to be pretty close to single digits after the break-in period. lol

Wow, they really improved the design of the Camaro for 2016. Looks like an excellent upgrade :thumb:.

I loved the 5th gen, but man, the 6th gen is something truly special. The interior is probably my favorite aspect.

A safe and sensible Volvo wagon even - http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=36917&page=124#4951

Part of the reason is that it pretty much lives in "S" mode, which keeps the turbo on the spool at all times. It also opens up both exhaust valves so it sounds like an M3 gargling shrapnel, and that tickles me in just the right way, so I can allow the thirst.

    Heh. Multi-digit MPG values.

If I'm hammering the RS I can expect 6..

    How could it not?

Between the exhaust, the slightly daft induction noise and the surely-that-can't-be-stock dump valve, the hifi has basically never been used.

If it was an Escort, I'd understand. It's a Mk1 Focus >.> Although, the other RSOC guys barely see double digits themselves.
