My mom just bought one pretty much same specs for 35$ with a monitor keyboard mouse, she wanted something to have as a back up for if her laptop fails. It's not a terrible slow system for just checking email or something.

Since it is not worth anything keep it as an emergancy need to have connectivity PC or give it to someone else that would appreciate it because they can't get one for one reason or another. I have one of those oldies around also. It helped me once when my PC went down and I needed to go online for getting a warranty RMA going...lol Boat Anchor, Deco relic for conversation just like now.... wow remember when a 4Gb HDD was killer! Dont just bin it, what a waste Donate it if you arent going to use it, or even if you dont want to then, recycle it, most places have those kinda facilities.
