Have I missed a memo?
Where's Gareth hiding?
Maybe with GH no longer gracing the news pages, his work efforts are focused elsewhere.
Thus leaving him less time to have the same presence on the forums.
Come back Gareth, you're missed here.
Why's he not on the news pages?
He's active on Twitter.
Oh god Twitter....
I can't go on there, not there, anywhere but there...
My Twitter feed is very tightly controlled and I have a very looooooooong block list.
Similar sentiments. I'm staying the hell away from Instagram. And Snapchat. And anything else. The odd use of Facebook Messenger is about as far as I go.
Damn kids, getting on my lawn...
It's better all round if I keep most of my thoughts, especially spur of the moment rambles, to myself.
I know social media would do me no favours and nor I it
I ain't'nt dead. Just nipples-deep in a book project, and since I divnae do the news here any more I've stopped visiting - and arguing - quite so regularly!
I thank you /badoom-tish
Glad to hear it Granny Weatherwax
Must talk again soon about Thermal Imaging, Lepton 3.5 is calling
If only the POTUS would follow your example.
With regard to Tw@tter, sorry Twitter, I consider very carefully who I follow, just weather forecasters, local news, a couple of family members and VERY few others. Block anyone I don't know who tries to follow me and block all sources of "promoted" tweets, without exception.
I stopped using the Farcebook a year ago, because IMO, with their disregard for privacy they are worse than Twitter and I avoid all other social media.
BTW, I alerted GH to this thread, via Twitter.
Glad to hear your nipples are fine G.
Let me guess, is it a book on Pi?
How can you stop arguing?! People are being _wrong_ on the internet and you're just gonna let them? Who's going to give them referenced facts?!
Aye, a projects book with a twist: there are only three projects in it, and it goes into more depth than the usual. 's for Raspberry Pi Press, should hopefully hit shelves by year's end.
In that case you have permission to be around a bit less often. You know, need to keep the bairns fed an' all that I guess.
Separate names with a comma.
