Currently running the VMWARE bigadv setup on a dual cpu machine. I've got 8 real & 8 HT threads.

Which ones out of the 16 should I use to speed things up?

On a Windows OS the physical cores are typically 0, 2, 4 etc while the logical (HT) cores are 1, 3, 5 etc

Cool, nice spec and storage :)

Im a big fan of the G5/G6 HP DL servers, have set up so many over the years.
Had a couple of the new G6 DL380's with dual Xeons a few weeks back and was planning to do some -smp 16 bigadv's myself but they needed to go live the day after I built them which sucked haha
