I know I'm a theif and I'll happily admit being a theif but please why don't you complain to someone who actually gives a crap? I live my life my way and you live your life your way so why do you insist on starting an argument about piracy when what I do with MY time is completely none of your buisness! Please do me a favour and crawl back under your rock and leave me the hell alone, I will continue to pirate whatever I choose to pirate regardless of your pointless judging thank you very much!

Sorry to sidetrack this topic a bit but I can't be arsed with people like that today.

Its idiot thieves like you that are forcing more and more companies to take anti piracy measures which in turn pushes the price up for honest players like me. Go get a decent job you little loser and start paying for what you use. Your dishonesty is costing us all.

    Home Premium 64-bit.

Got stung with Vista Ultimate - all those promised extras never materialised - and can't justify the extra price just for bitlocker and better XP emulation.

It was many times discussed, that Microsoft makes hefty profits because of pirates.
    Why?
Their operating system got a broad audience of teenagers, that got used to it, so no working place (which must have a legal copy) would take anything else than Windows.
The piracy has made The monopolist; with Windows.

The second truth is, that Microsoft made billions on two products, Word and Windows. No other company on this planet is able to make billions from two products; because all other companies have competition.

Before this thread spirals off into a flame-fest with spurious arguments on piracy as a side-dish, I would like people to take a deep breath and calm down. Go on... Deeeep breath... there. Better, no? Because it would be a shame if I had to pull out the banhammer.

Having said that in my capacity as a moderator, I would like to point out that piracy, in the end, is just poor self-targetting marketing. It is also illegal and the official stance of this forum is that we don't endorse, encourage or glorify it. So remember people: the first rule of Bit-Tech is: We don't talk about piracy. The second rule of Bit-Tech is: We. Don't. Talk. About. Piracy.

Because piracy is bad, mmmokay? Don't ask, don't tell, don't get banned.

very happy to see 100% people have moved to 64 bit. hope the 4 on 32bit are due to netbook limitations or other CPU rated limitations.

come on people, now start buying 8GB of memory and push for 4GB per sticks!

You might get banned from Nexxo for such a profanity :hehe: :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

That person forgets that proper behaviour is a must as a moderator; not to mention that he finds satisfaction in twisting the words of others in meanings that were never expressed or intended.

64bit Ultimate because for once (in over a decade) I felt like giving MS some money myself.

P.S. Installation via WDS is the CHEESECAKE! :geek:
