    It literally says "One OS to rule them all, One OS to find them, One OS to bring them all and in the darkness bind them", it isn't something else funnier or darker, just a direct translation of that saying into the hex equivalent. :)

    I kind of figured but I was afraid that it would be random nonsense that was picked because it formatted nicely. As in the spacing.
