    Hi all,

My Google-fu is failing me - is there a way of wirelessly linking a monitor to a computer?

    Cheers in advance!

There are, but I've never seen them in action and they look pretty expensive:

    Wireless HDMI Extender

I found this review of the IOGear GW3DHDKIT, which can be found on ebay for about £130.

I'd imagine that there will be increased input lag doing this, plus while there is no wire between the computer and the monitor directly, you'll still need to run a cable to the box from each.

Perfect! Even seems to have a usb connection - I wonder...

I'm not bothered about lag - it's for a little home cinema project I'm thinking about.

My father has the Netgear version hooked up to the main TV at my parents' house, and the Miracast/WiDi is decent, IMHO.

A little lag, but then for TV/movies/photo viewing, it's good!
