This is a pretty decent place if you like Rock music. It's streaming except for the "Cult and Rare" option. http://www.rocktelevision.com/
These are user submissions like youtube I guess. I haven't looked through it much to say more than that. http://vids.myspace.com/
Fancast If you go to Fancast's main page you will find a mish-mash of stuff. There aren't that many free movies. I've poked about a bit and there may be geographic content restrictions on some of the TV series below. (Some of shows are on Hulu aren't available outside the US.) Fancast spots selections among several other broadband broadcasts and displays the source once the show is chosen. All Full TV Episodes
This seems to have a varied selection of very off beat videos. As an example there was a "British Motors Show" with this Spanish lady hosting while talking a mile a minute. There are plenty of selections in English though. http://blip.tv/
Used Miro before. It is a good tool to download YouTube videos if you wanna do that. I downloaded it, and for me, it was just an inferior version of Joost. For those who haven't yet: www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer http://demand.five.tv www.4od.co.uk
For UK only ^^^^^^^^ For UK only ^^^^^^^^ I tried this even knowing I was outside of the broadcast area. I wanted to check out the installation routine. It has no uninstall option and the control panel doesn't offer to remove it as it's not listed. I knew veoh had the option in the control panel. This is not what I was hoping for by just installing it on a whim.
Could using a proxy server in the UK get around the region restriction? Try an uninstall program like CCleaner (free) or Auslogics Boost Speed (15 day trial).
Looks like a collection of video clips submitted by users or some TV clips. Poke around, but they have a NSFW option. http://www.videosift.com/
