You know what is funny? I was thinking of that exact case.... and i didn't know it was yours, it is one of my favourites, it is a relatively simple (compared to things like the orac 3) and stunning mod, congrats.

 

I remember that!! Was cool. It held it's own for me against HyperCube and Orac. Was well done.

+rep for the mod, but it'd be good to hear that it was back in commission.

 

Setup in my room in the apartment for meow. Wireless adapter behind the monitor, Logitech Wave keyboard, Sony STR-DE985 receiver, 2 Pioneer 3 ways. and my brand new desk I bought.

Here's my old setup.

 

Nice speakers. Although for receivers Yamaha and Onkyo > Sony.

 

At the time and for the price it was a pretty decent buy. It had double duty as home theatre receiver in my dorm. I'll be picking up a stereo one later if I decide to keep just the two speakers or move those to the living room and bring my Z-5500s down.

 

I'd keep those speakers, they'd sound 100x better than the Zs.

After using and hearing $2000 Celestion speakers....Man it changes your perspective of what's a good speaker..Too bad I can't even afford their shelf ones, hell I don't even know if they make speakers anymore.

 

ProAc do, and they make loooovely speakers.

 

I'd love to have some planar speakers but I don't have the money or the space so i'm sticking with headphones.

 

A fellow ProAc fanboy? Hooray!

Although their new flagships seem a bit pointless, and hugely overpriced

Cheers I can't even remember where I got the wee hitman poster. As far as I can recall I found it somewhere but that's about it.
