LOL It also has a fleece foot rest under the desk and the chair is a full leather proper recliner, Great for late night gaming.

Not in halls, about a mile from campus. You get alot more space off campus most of the time. and for less money!

Ok I think I posted here not-too-long ago, but I just cleaned up and thought I'd hilight my problem with three photos.

So here we go, first we have the computer desk
    [IMG]
Not too bad, right? The lappy isn't there usually, so nerdyness factor -10 points.

Then we have the whole end of the room:
That looks almost normal, yes? Aside the rather obvious test bench on the top shelf, ofcourse...

But then we come to the problem area. While cleaning the room up, I kinda just tossed all the excess stuff to one end of it.. We're all geeks here, so you probably know the problem of some extra cables and stuff hanging around, right? :worried:

    Oh sh-! That's pretty bad.

Would you be awfully surprised if I said I don't really feel like inviting any nice girls over?

(EDIT: and sorry about the excessive use of empty lines, but I felt like they serve a purpose here)

There's some more in the walk-in closet...

EDIT: and oh, mind you I already DID flatten and get rid of the boxes I don't need (i.e. the stuff that is and will remain in use). Most of what you see there are full...

    thats nothin':

i have an entire room dedicated to clutter storage, including the closet.
in my defence, we did just get done moving and much of that remains to be unpacked/put away.

heres my rig in the new house:

    4 threads-a-folding Cheesecake.

heres the living room yet to be "assembled":

visible in this pic: HTPC (dell :D), ugly old tv that needs replacing, 12 band stereo equalizer, mixed drivers in ancient but great sounding floor standing boxes, tweeter box, 2x 8" subwoofers, power supplies/amps, giant teddy bear?

not seen is my 2 rear channel and 1 center channel boxes. its all a bit old and ghetto, but when assembled it makes for an awesome movie experience (700watts of 5.1 worth of awesome)

I bought mine from ebay believe or not for £160 if I remember right, But you can get similar ones from Ikea and Harvesfurniture.co.uk but a lot more money.

I put the wheels on myself though.
