From the picture you provided it looks like the Reserator 2 is placed on top of your computer case. The pump has to work extra hard to move the water slowing down the flow. Place the Reserator 2 on the floor at the same level as the the computer tower, make sure their are no kinks on the tubing and check if the water block on the video card does not constrict the flow of water.

Stock Zalman Reserators use weak Eheim 1000 fountain pumps to reduce noise levels so do not expect the flow meter to spin quickly. If the cooling tower is placed over .5 meters above the highest point of your loop the pump willl stall or not work at all.

The Reserator 2 cannot be filled from the intake tube due to the designers forgetting to put pressure release hole on top of the fill tube. First carefully check if the plastic flow tab on the pump is set property and then the pump itself.

On the top of the pump at the bottom of resevator their is a small gap where the water is sucked in. Look for a small gray plastic tab with a flashlight and it should be facing a small hole on the bottom that fills the tower with water from the computer.

    Pictures: http://sg.vr-zone.com/?i=3851&s=5

If the tab is in a different direction the flow rate will drop. To fill the system you need to first reconnect all the tubing and take the lid off the tower. Carefully fill it with distilled water and keep the lid open.

If it is possible run the cooler with the computer off until all the air is out of the loop to avoid damaging your new computer. If all else fails check the pump to see if it works. It should make a quiet "burr" noise when submerged in water. Running the pump dry will wreck the in-propeller.

A silent pump with no vibrations needs to be replaced. If this is the case call Zalman or RMA the whole cooler for your money back.

If a significant amount air cannot be removed from a system it must equalize the water's vapor pressure to the ambient air pressure or else you have a pressure cooker as the water heats up. Normally a little gas eventually finds it's way out of water as it heats up and dissolved CO2 is released. A few bubbles are acceptable but it is impossible to bleed out about 1 or 2 cups of air from Reserators 1, 1 Plus and 2 water coolers.

On the outside online pictures show a hole in the Reserator 2 but when the lid was taken off the resevator a small white plug is visible from the inside in a couple reviews and never mentioned anywhere in the manual. Yet the manual it states their is internal air pressure and to tilt the tower 70 degrees to release it if air in the tubes prevents the flow of water during the first operation.

The Resevator 1 has a pressure release hole and no section of the manual deals with removal of internal air pressure. Shame on you Zalman for selling a defective product.

No problem with your English. :thumb: We have a little bit more of an issue with TYPING EVERYHING IN CAPS, typing in big script and throwing in various colours when this is not really necessary.

Oh, and can you please stop circumventing the swear filter ("FCKING")? Thanks. :)

For Zalmans defence the Reserator is built to be a silent cooling system not a powerful cooling system.

Assuming that the ambient tempratures in Dubai are pretty high compared to the UK id be happy with 40C for my CPU considering.

Maybe take the lid off when you run it. I can imagin ethere is a vacuum in the tank and that the pump is defensless against it.
