Damn I miss those days :)

These days it's 2 eggs on 2 slice of brown toast (like just now), or a bowl of Tesco's own brand Alpen :)
Followed by a glass of juice and a ****ton of coffee throughout the day.

I hardly ever have breakfast. I don't have time for it. I guess my body has just gotten used to not eating in the mornings. Nowadays, I'll start to feel sick if I eat breakfast.

Although, on occasion as a treat, I sometimes go to McDo down the road and have sausage and pancakes. That's pretty delicious, although i might only do that once every 6 months.

When I was at uni I never had breakfast and got that sick feeling when I tried.

However, when I started working I was getting too hungry in the day, so decided to have just a little bit to get over that sick feeling. Had about 3 tablespoons worth then slowly built it up to a more normal bowl of cereal.

At the moment I am eating Honey Cheerios, have dabbled in others such as sugar puffs and normal cheerios, but neither are as tasty as Honey Cheerios. My GF has Raisin/Apricot/Cherry wheats.

On a week day, it's usually a cereal bar and a juice box, consumed whilst driving down the M1 on a weekend bacon and waffles (with maple syrup) is always a winner.

When I'm at home it's either three scrambled eggs with toast or open, half-rye bread sandwiches with various cold meats and cheeses :)

On schooldays it's normally bacon and egg or porridge.

Cheerios or curiously cinnamon. Oh, and a portion of yoghurt, sometimes with soft fruit.

    How hardcore does that sound?!

I have a cup of tea, and a cigarette,

Then on my way to work I pick up a Mocha - and I'm a bit lactose intolerant so every day I spend the morning feeling a bit sick in my belly. Which is where I'm at at the minute. But I love my morning mocha SO much.

During the week, breakfast mochi with some maple syrup. It is a glutinous Japanese rice cake with hardly any calories that keeps you feeling full for ages. If your on a calorie controlled diet, breakfast is a PITA. I have that with a glass of skimmed milk and I have recently added an espresso. At weekends it varies between pastries, butteries (an Aberdeen thing) toast or a bacon roll.

I really vary - sometimes nothing at all, somtimes just toast, sometimes just ceral (golden grahams FT-W), sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes bacon sarnies, sometimes scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

    Working from home has benefits....

A couple of weekdays a I go for toast+jam (no butter though, that's perverted), otherwise just a cup of tea once I'm at work, Sunday usually involves a bacon sammich. Can't cope with cereal anymore, once in a blue moon I have a craving for crunchy nut cornflakes, but everything else just tastes like ass to me.

Due to working nights breakfast consists of a hot dinner. (can just about stomach it).

Though in a normal none working day I have cereal or toast. Or nothing at all. Depends on how I am feeling.

This weekend I was up all night and slept all day. Breakfast was a Sunday dinner and that was it all day.

No wonder only eating two meals a day I am no longer a 34 waist in jeans and lost two stone.

When I have work I usually have two pieces of bacon and a poached egg with toast, on my days off I start with a good cup of Nicaraguan coffee with a dash of caramel, go walk around the cattle then toast with cream cheese and sometimes smoked salmon if we have it.
