Soooo, after a "short" break, full of x-mas, ski-ing, illness and epic laziness, I actually started to work on Beta again :D
I made first parts of a back panel and planning to finish it during the weekend...

some pics to prove it :D

    Thanx guys :thumb:

Unfortunately, material delivery I expected on Friday didn't arrive, so I had to change my plans.
I striped the chassis from all fibreglass parts and started to work on the finish, using body filler to kill all the low spots and other imperfections...

more work on one of the panels, sanding, painting, etc...
if anybody remembers, this is the first fibreglass panel that didn't come out very well, and actually never suppose to be a usable part... oh well... :D

As I'm sure everyone else has said this looks great, a very different twist on case design, thumbs up for your design :thumb: also just wondering where did you get the Styrofoam and fiberglass bits from? :]

I've been in the forums for ages, just looking around and I just had to comment to your mod. Whoah. This mod is doing great. This inspired me to learn fibreglassing. Good luck on the Mod bro. :thumb:

Thanks man :thumb: I got all the stuff from e-bay :D

:D Thank you, I appreciate your comment... just be careful with it, it's not that difficult to work with, but it's a mess :D and I would recommend to do a proper research about the process and all the stuff needed, but I'm sure you will... good luck :thumb:

yeah, and a picture of the first finished panel. matt black from inside, glossy white outside as you can see... :D :
