There aren't much buildlogs where I scroll through an update like 4-5 times to see every detail .. :thumb:

 Such a small arc to compound the bending process. :)

Great solution, and of course wonderful work done. :thumb:

    Thanks guys. :)

It's great that you are finding this useful as well as entertaining. :thumb:

Haha, sure go ahead, er......son. :hehe: There's no reason that the plex should be too scratched up, but there are a couple of marks here and there. It doesn't really matter though, it will all be painted. ;)

Thanks John. I hope you are a bit more comfortable these days. :thumb:

Thanks, you know I'm still waiting for an update on your build.:)

Thanks Wayne, I do jump in when I can, mainly at the insistence of my daughter. She never wants to get out. :hehe: But it really does make me feel a lot better, very therapeutic.

Thank you all, I'm happy that you are enjoying the project. :thumb:

Nice bit of poetry there Craig. :)

Inspiring. I suspect you made bejeweled swords for kings in a previous life.

Thanks for the kind words guys. :thumb:

Over the last two days I finished up the frame for the other side.

And mounted it to the central tie.

Fitted the skin and countersunk the holes. Also cleared the threads after c/s.

    And the shape looks good.

But the big test was how this section would behave once the screws were undone. Would it twist and flex into a grotesque shape? Nope, it didn't budge. The mounting holes on the plex wings didn't move out of alignment with the corresponding holes on the bulkheads. :)

While I was checking the fit of the top with the side panels, a thought hit me. Does the PSU still fit? It's been about a year since the PSU was in the chassis, so I dug it out (this took a while), and hastily fitted it.

But I needn't have worried. There is plenty of room, even for a much larger unit. :dremel:

    Back soon.

No, this entire section will be painted. Inside and out.
