    I remember seeing someone do this with filler foam in one of the magazines - might have been CustomPC. They had the system running though - that one looks ready for the last rites!

    Had an email from a department at work setting me up a new account, they wanted to know the correct spelling of my surname for a new account. As i knew the person and they had emailed me using my name I jokingly replied its Von Hosenbugler. He thought I was being serious and passed it on as that so now I have an account in the name of Stephen Von Hosenbugler (Honsenbugler translates from German into trouserpress).
    Not sure if I want to keep it or not now.

    Have them change it to the correct "Von Hosenbügler", and then request a QWERTZ-keyboard so you can enter the Ü
