7 days but others in the house 14 so that if they pick it up on day 6 or 7 they're then covered AFAIK.
28 days later Parliament is empty... (this should really be a meme with BoJo's head pasted in, it's worthy)
Maybe they're all praying for death so they aren't held accountable by an increasingly angry set of constituents?
Prime Minister Boris Johnson has tested positive for coronavirus... Health Secretary Matt Hancock said he had also tested positive while England's Chief Medical Officer, Prof Chris Whitty, has shown symptoms. Jesus H Jumping Christ, you've been banging on at us to keep a safe distance and you lot can't manage it?!
Actual quote from President of USA: "You can call it a germ. You can call it a flu. You can call it a virus. You can call it many different names. I'm not sure anybody even knows what it is." I hope he is not included in decision making of Coronavirus response.
Yep, definitely no one out in the whole wide world that has any clue what it is Meanwhile back in January in an alternative universe called reality... https://www.researchgate.net/public...vere_human_respiratory_disease_in_Wuhan_China
I feel so badly for Americans. Their situation looks unwinnable thanks to that disgusting Wotsit in charge.
You're telling me. I have what is essentially cystic fibrosis lite. I'm staying the hell home. But if I get it the hospital here is made of stupid.
Borris is no where near my favourite politician, but at the moment for where we are hes doing no bad, from previous no 10 elects hes defo not the worst and handling it better than some of them defo would have. As for Trump. ... some of the comments he makes... such rude rude POS , one person i cannot stand, actually really angers me. I have had 1 family member lost so far tho the corona virus, and me and my family are all self isolating, its hard times for everyone at the moment. Other than health infrastructure which is crippled by lack of funding and bad decisions, be lucky if the economy ever goes back to normal. I do think the near future will be controlled by big corporations as there pretty much gonna be the only ones left, and in politics money seems key from what i can see. On the other hand you do have the likes of bill gates who is doing some life changing things with some of his fortune and im sure a few others are. Finding positives for me in the world at the moment is incredibly hard. From what we have just seen from some employers, we accept way to much rubbish at the cost of being a number, yet there is no change because people cant afford to stop working and lack of choices. Rant over, sorry for the personal option.
Yeah, Boris is doing a great job: - When he went to a hospital and shook hands with Covid-19 patients: - When he held press briefings in a room packed full of reporters; - When he implied he might be seeing his mother: - When he put Brexit ideology before the nation's health and safety: Boris Johnson denies Brexit is the reason we didn't join the EU ventilator scheme but people are sceptical UK government did not follow WHO’s advice to ‘test, test, test’ every suspected case; it didn’t isolate and quarantine; it didn’t contact trace. As a consequence the UK is tracking the same curve as Italy right now. But at least we have natural selection 'herd immunity' Dom Cummings still holding a firm grip on things, right? EDIT: and I'll just leave this Twitter thread here: Tweet— Twitter API (@user) date
So, how long before Patrick Vallance tests positive? What's funny about that pic is that Teresa May doesn't look like she made it onto the former PM picture wall.
