hehe well i probably won't use it much... since I have a 128 mb memory stick and a 512 mb mp3 player. But I'll insert it anyway, in case I need it ;) on my next mod I wont have any.. :thumb:

Those require drivers on anything 98 (1st edition) or below, Don't think they work on NT either.

Believe me, we use floppy disks at work a lot due to this reason :waah:

    Looking nice :thumb:

Too expensive to legally upgrade every computer in the building to 2k. :wallbash:

And with a vague attempt to get this back on topic:

FrozenCPU seems to be a pretty reputable store, I've never heard of them doing anything quite this stupid. Maybe you should just ask for a refund and get the LEDs somewhere else.

    Update time

Hi guys, I promized you an update on friday, and today it's friday... :p

my mom arrived earlier today with the parts I ordered. but I am quite dissapointed, but quite pleased as well :D

    Dissapointments:

    First.
I had ordered (at least intended to order) one meter of 1/2" (id) tubing. but due to a mistake i made, I got a meter of 3/8" tube. I'm probably sligthly retarded because I had written "1 meter of 1/2" (id) 3/8" (Id) tubing". now I wonder why i wrote 3/8" id also... I think I was going to write the OD.

    Second.
NEVER buy corepad (a mousemat) it simply sucks!! I read a couple of magazines and reviews about the corepad. and it was best in test many places (beat icemat), so I decided to buy one. I had a one year old ice mat, and it was starting to be kind of worn out, so why not buy the one that was best in test?
i tried it for about half an hour, and decided that it wasn't worth aother minute. it is very inaccurate, and the pointer kind of mikes some small jumps when you move it. I also think the surface gives a more rough feeling when you move the mouse over it (even with mouse skates).

Now over to the Good thing :)

    First.
I really like the display! i like the design and I like the gadget feeling i get when I look at it :D

(now showing the temp on my 3D card after a hard round of generals, and my hard drive (to the right)

yesterday, I cut away one cm of one of the edges of the "frosted" plexi, that is going to be attached behind the dragon door. i had to cut it because I wasn't able to close the door with the plexi inside.

I have also bought a supply of mesh for my next mod ;)

That's it for now :) tomorrow I am going to snowboard in a indoor slope in the netherlands. so I won't be able to answer untill the evening. :thumb:

hi :D cool to see you haven't forgotten my project :p well, today i actually did something on it. i just sprayed the edges of the top panel, and the floppy (now that you mention it), and two inverters.

the trip to snow world (in the netherlands) was great! i have been there one time before, but this time the "fun park" was open:) we filmed a couple of jumps, but it looks kind of awkward.

I have been in Rome the last 4 days so I haven't had time to do anything on my case till now. In Rome I saw something i found amusing, and I will post a pic in the next update.
