to see some action pix you have to wait a bit. some of the contact strips of the leds broke of after soldering and i need to redo most of the soldering work.
this time i´ll seal everything with hotglue.

 

first, some filler again.



now ive had time to test my little bargraph.





all shots were taken with flash. the graph is really bright.



after painting glueing was quite easy because most parts are made of wood.



RC done. now everybody should have an idea of how the big case will look like.

hi folks. i am done. everything is finished. i can get a life now.

Are we going to see hardware installed in the case also or was this thread only for the case? Also pics taken outside or in better lighting would be a great thing to see.

I'm looking forward to seeing another mod from you, the case looks fantastic!

there will be definitly some shots on better light. ( did them today, but they still need some treatment in ps ). the darkness on the pix above was intended, i wanted to show only the lights.
pix with hardware 2 ( ill do them later , case is at my parents home, hardware at mine)
but dont be eager. my rig is more then 4 years old and i dont have the money to buy new stuff atm.
@ rig: in a month or so i can tell ya if the RC is not just lookin cool but also some kind of usefull.
