Hmmmm. If it's file anywhere, does that mean you can access it over the web, from anywhere? :)

You could modify one of the fans so only 2 of the leds were HD indicators. Personally, can't stand a computer without a Hd Monitor, but thats just me.

*Edit* I mean that the other two would be on all the time. It would kind of kill the "Big Bright Blinky Fan" effect.

Not a bad idea, but there is no need for a HDD activity LED. It doesn't get accessed too often since most people at our LANs have all the relative updates anyway.

The name is because it's a fileserver and uses pcAnywhere instead of a monitor/keyboard/mouse.

I would really like to see a full frontal shot. ;)

Great case BTW!! Nice to see someone else who can appreciate the beauty of simplicity!!! It would be easier to make up an opininon on the vandal switch if you posted an image of the whole thing..

    Anyways, I'm just babbling. /slaps self ( :duh: )

    MOD ON :D  :thumb:

You are absolutely correct, the project was finished a while ago. However, the IBM Deathstar has failed on me since then. Need to find a new drive and re-install the O/S. No more mods though, it's all finished. My current project is the PS2 box.

    hey ouija
I'm looking at doing something like this.
I see you have the 80mm fan over the epia board?
Is there enough room is is it a very close fit

Yes, about 2mm clearance above the heatsinks. The RAM will obscure the fan, so you need to place the hole very precicely. Also, with the board I used, you can only use one of the RAM sockets because of the position of the 80mm fan.
