Its time for you to change the title of this project! This is not a simple car themed case! This is the beastly car case mod project! Man the amount of work you are putting into this is just unbelievable!!!! All of these details and welding and modding and.... omg!!! Excellent my friend! Keep on modding! Peace!

Thanks KrunchR! I think i'm going to go with violet.;)

Thanks my friend, actually i think i haven't even to start to make any details what i supposed to do.

Suggestions for the new name are more than welcomed. My imagination with names is so bad that CarThemedCase was nearly best i could do. :D

Your skills are amazing. Incredible amount of work here.

Know you have some photos of some really rad cars in this log but somehow the yellow and general shape so far brought my mind to a early Econline Van, thoughts of a Teawana Taxi or old hippie van. Maybe even Wild Bill Screwsberry's old 1/4 mile wheel stander. (Hope I remembered his name right.)

Don't mean that as insult, just where my mind went. Especially since I've no clue how it's going to finish out. Hard enough just keeping up with what you've done.

Great log so far, very enjoyable watching your build.

You're right, as i got similar toughts in my mind. :D Now it looks like an hippie van, Volkswagen kleinbus or something straight from the 60's. ;)

But i need to mention that in this moment i'm making just a frame, and there's no single spot what would be finished atm. So i hope it has a rad look when finally done. :thumb:

My intention is to make car themed case, and hopefully it will be recognized as a car themed, without need to tell it with stickers etc.

Thanks for your straight comment, i appreciate it. :)
I'm sorry that i don't have any 3 d models or drawings to show my intentions, but i just keep my plans in my head, i like building things like that.

One way or another with your level of work and attention to detail is NO way it can't end up being totally rad !!! :thumb::D

First of all, I think this is a great build, my compliments!

I know the color poll is over and stuff but I still wanted to give my opinion. I think that bright, plain and a little white-ish colors are typical for 60/70s american cars so I'd say use light blue.

I've added two pics for explanation (my English just wont do the trick, lol).

Anyway, keep up the good work!

Power Steering pump reservoir maybe? Like this?

Or distributor cap with tubing feeding out

I like the distributor cap idea. You could have 3 90degree fittings in the top- Fillport, intake, and exhaust.

If you are wanting to use car parts, you could use an oil catch tank for the reservoir

You can pick one up cheap enough on a well known auction site. I think it could look pretty smart and if you think that it is too small then you try searching for 'swirl pot' or 'surge tank' they are similar but can go up to 2.5 ltr, just generally without the level indicator
