Bought a new car today

Peugeot 307 1.6 turbo diesel, feels good man

 

Bought two Origin Bundles.

Kept some. Gave away the rest of the games I had.

This is my $10 middle finger to the establishment.

Just bagged a free Eurogamer ticket for any day! This has really made my day as I can now bring another person.

Phanteks PH-TC14PE CPU Cooler in Black with White fans is sooo quiet and cooling my CPU like a boss. Sometime next week I will be pushing it with an OC.

But if it can tame a 4770k at 4.5ghz then my i5 2500k should be a doddle.

Got a diddy little Packard bell system off ebay that was sold without a hard drive but otherwise indicated it was fine.

Fact is when I came to turn it on all it did was beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep. Got it for peanuts so stripped it down and cleaned it out as it was filthy with smokers dust.

The board is one pci slot smaller than a matx board so would need a like for like swap which was very dear even on eBay.

I noted however it was a infamous Nvidia chipset board and figured I had nothing to lose by sticking it in the oven for a bit of a bake!

10 mins later fires up like a champ! Super happy!

 

A girl i've been talking to recently text me this morning to tell me she had a dream about me last night, certainly took the sting out of having to work today.

 

Talking to a pretty cool girl.

She knows what a rat rod is and kinda likes them.

Maaay have pantsploded.

 

When I found out my GF knew what a C63 AMG was. My life.

 

20 hours from now I'll be in Cologne, Germany for Gamescom!
Full trade pass and all! Whoop.

Also just finished de-antlering a bunch of our deer and manage to just barely not have one of my eyes gouged out! I'm kind of riding an adrenaline high right now. Huzzah!

 

Two days off. Time to chill and game and pick up my new camera lens. Only a few days till i49 meetings to attend. Beers to be had and then continue my week off.

Birthday to celebrate also. Im thinking of simply gaming the night away.

my 86 has arrived in Durban, and is awaiting delivery in Namibia via truck. 10 months of wait almost (hopefully) over.

 

I'm trying to get a shotgun license, if I ever see that again prepare to lose a hand to some buckshot..
