Hi been awhile since i updated my progress. I have now got the holders for the phono connectors sorted. These are on here because the phono input for the screen has male ends. So these will be used to convert when connecting my camcorder or games machine when the pc is off. They just click into posistion.

I am just rewiring the truck as well as i final received the trucks sound effect kit, i will be putting a video up soon with the truck driving and the sounds.

he he he always did like this project only one thing wrong, that last pic you posted the one fan is dusty, you should fix it, other than that only "real" thing you should do is get foam cutsom cut to fit in the tailer and get a spot for your mouse and other LAN party excesiers that will fit in it, and get the shapes of the components cut out into the foam so that they do not move around and such

Thanks for the positive feedback! Yeh the fan is dusty as it was an old one i had laying around and i have never got round to cleaning it :duh: .
Not sure on the extact cost of the project so far but i think its about the £1000 mark. The dimensions for the truck are 275mm high x 206mm wide and its 565mm long. Final now got my desk sorted so its got a home when not out and about!
Working on the retactable legs at the moment and remaking the side volume control so it does not stick out on the side ( Nearly caught it when driving around! :eeek: ) Will update with pics once i have something off the Cad screen and on the mill :)

this project is amazing. wow, that last pic: :jawdrop: (i hate that smilie, i never thought i'd actually use it, but it fits here.)

p.s. is that keyboard really worth the 300 bucks or whatever they cost?

Yeh I reckon the keyboard is worth the money. I like the feel of Laptop type keys rather then the bulky keys. It does make a nice set!!

    Absolutely stunning.
By far one of the best mods I have ever seen.

I hope to see this featured on the main page. (If it hasn't been yet)

    Excellent work.

    ok thats is incredable.
im going to assume that the game images airbrushed on the side idea got nuked. but i will say the thing looks rather classy without them

if i could i would shake your hand that is one of the coolest things i have seen in a long time
