Painting/scratching "Jew" and swastikas is easier than "I am jealous of your ability to afford to modify your vehicle in this manner." Mind you, not that it justifies the crime, but I do think that those mods made that car look terrible.
Hate crimes in the states are like committing murder these days. Zero tolerance and a low chance of a plea bargin. All these "Neo Nazis" are a bunch of yellow tough guy wannabes. I don't think his mods were the best i've seen, and his wheels would have been much nicer if they weren't black, but even though it wasn't modded exactly to my style, it was still a very cool car! I'd say that anyone would love to have that thing sitting in the garage! What i don't understand, is how did the f@kwits know he was a Jew? Or were these degenerates just neo-nazis or something like that, so they do this to every car they are jealous of? This is probably the biggest problem with driving an expensive car, as i'd be too scared to leave it out of my sight, unless it's securely garaged.
Jesus ****ing Christ, I don't think I'd be responsible for my actions if I found myself in a conversation with someone who does that kind of stuff. Colorado has some brutal laws about this as I have mentioned. We also have laws against "Ethnic Intimidation". Threaten your neighbor because they are a different ethnic background than you - the cops come - you go to jail - felony.
