Sweet! I'm still monitoring you guys all the way from the townships in South Africa! I can start firing off posts from here too, i have the ideas and all prepared. Only screenshot might become difficult Greetings from big brother Xtrafresh
Yeah, still waiting here too. I'm going to assume that you are not going to disqualify us because we didn't have access. Or you are a big meanie.
I saw an internal mail this morning chasing what's going on, so that looks good. Is it just the case that you cannot access where you need to, to be able to post the blogs? As most of you know it's not something I've been directly involved in (Except for poking at your overclocks on the day!!) so if you can give me a heads up on what you need, I'll see if I can find another way =)
After I sent my e-mail address, I got an e-mail from helen2_ling. It asked me for my real name and the nickname I used, so I replied with that info and then received a reply saying: That was on the 13th and I haven't received anything since. Brads
Same here. I emailed ASUS following the instructions on here and never got a reply, but I did send my real name and name used on the Bit-tech forum so I guess ASUS have all the information they needed from me and are just waiting for it to start. It's a shame that this has been delayed as some people are now unable to contribute to the blogging. I hope when it starts there will be some people left
I'm really sorry about this folks - I'll keep on chasing until I get this resolved or I get a telling off for hounding too much
It has been in excess of a month now lol, I cant remember much if the event now, I've been to bed since then andy
This is just to say that I've edited the first post in the thread to update the details of what you need to put in the email. Basically, as well as including the email address that you used for registration, you'll also need to include your real name and your forum nickname in the email. According to the guys at Asus, those of you who've contacted them should now be able to start blogging, so we're looking forward to reading what you've got to say about your prizes. If you're still having problems accessing the blogging area on the site, then let us know and we'll hopefully be able to get this sorted ASAP so that you can all get started!
How though? I have not had any confirmation mail or anything... I can enter the ROG site but thats it... Andy EDIT... Ive just logged in and to my suprise I cant blog.. LOL no suprise I mean!
OK, so I can log in, and go to http://rog.asus.com/blog/blogpost.aspx but the two categories available are "Notebook" / "Component". Is there supposed to be an Xtreme Global Summit category?
OK, bear with us on this one. According to Asus, you should all be set up for blogging now, but it looks as though you still can't get on. I'll try to find out what's going on.
