You need the barracks and main building to be lvl 3 before you can build a blacksmith. Look at this: Which is a list of requirements for different buildings.
Don't have one, there are far more important things to concentrate on imo. Perhaps if your victim to many attacks it would be worth while. Im the biggest village in my area by quite a margin, so im not particulary worried. (S2 gor)
Very desnly populated, but its good that you are the top man in the area! Most of mine are in the same region as me, and I've already had an attack from a stronger neighbour.
Treasure Chamber and Trade Office! Are those new buildings for this round? ...Didn't see them on the old tree diagram. So what do they do?
kcckc_MaxMax could be a real problem. Since Trade Office is available from leveling Market and Stables I guess its transporting resources faster using horse and cart? As for Treasure Chamber its a AoE relic type senario? http://forum.travian.com/viewtopic.php?t=2573&start=30
Aite, finally i got a rally point, tonght im gonna build some tropps and farm some randoms around me, think i can get a invite asap? A alliance called "Empire" wants me to join them >_>
Orb, your invite has been sent but there's just not enough room in the alliance right now. We've all suddenly become under attack on S2 so we're sorting those out before Dodge builds his embassey up one more level. Give us roughly a week and you should be in.
Alas I am constantly under attack from kamael on S2 and have lost over 15k of resources to date At the rate things are going it will be quite some time before I can retaliate.
It seems Teuton's are the way to go if you want a large army fast. The troops are ridiculously cheap. You could try leveling your market Seashadow, and either send resources too the nearest alliance member, or give resources to your merchants. A level 4 market could be used to ultimately protect 4x500 resources. Just sell them for a crazy offer that will keep them with your merchants until a raid is over. And let your cranny protect whatever is left? As far as im aware, an enemy can't touch resources being held by your merchants, I could be wrong.
ive decided that i had enough with s2. i was getting farmed regularly and i can be bothered building up my village, i'll carry on with s1 as thats a bit more interesting. just building farms and getting raided on a daily basis is something i cant be bothered with on s2
