    The duke-nudem Game is weird.
    Doesn't run on IE
    Has lots of Lag on Firefox
    Chrome cannot end the loading screen.

    hmmm, now it doesn't come out of the "loading" screen on firefox either :confused:

    Couold it be some screwed up flash setting?

    By Awesome you mean bad right?
    Obviously a console port and the constant blur effect just makes it hard as hell to play.
    The actual gameplay was fun and typically Duke and if it was released 5 years ago, it would have been bigger than Halo.

    Remove the bad case of consoleitis and I will be happy.

    Were we playing the same demo?

    This game is a shadow of what it could of been. It feels very much build for the consoles first, pc afterthought. It doesn't help it was built on the godawful UE3 engine, which itself was developed with consoles in mind.

    I was hoping that they would avoid the "consoleness" of the engine as they did a good job with Borderlands, but it feels like no effort has been put into making the PC version FEEL like a PC game. As a result, I won't be buying the Balls of Steel version and will be waiting for a Steam Sale.

    Very, very disapointed. :(

    Why not... the original game was not that pretty, but the head to head was tremendous fun. If done right, this could be legendary.

    Team Fortress 2 doesn't look amazing, but is great fun to play....

    "Feeling" like a pc game? Dude... welcome to reality it's doubtful developers are ever going to make a solid PC only game ever again. Plus I don't really know what you mean by 'feeling'. It was fine for me... I'm happy with grabbing a shotgun and blasting through enemies... which is basically what the game is.

    Bare in mind I've played something other than a demo :thumb:

    I loved the demo!

    Was I expecting state of the art DX-11 graphics? - no.
    Was I expecting Intelligent and novel gameplay? - no.
    Was I expecting to see believable dialogue? - no.

    Was I expecting to shoot **** out of everything that moves, see scantily clad pixelated babes, get involved in totally ridiculous gameplay and generally have a great time? - Hell Yes!!
