@Teel - For comparison, I would re-run it with these settings. 1920x1080 16X Anisotropy 4x AA High settings Tessellation normal Vsync off Cheers, Simon. BTW ES sample CPU?
Amazing scaling from the 580s :0 This looks to be the best I can do with my single 480, at least for the moment. Settings as above, 875/1750/2000
I couldnt find my last test but this is a new one I just ran. Its on 1920x1200, cant understand why the min FPS is so low? and should the others be higher also?
tried it with 1920x1080 and min fps nearly doubled but average only up by around 3.5 and same story for max.
You should be getting min fps of about 25 and your avg should be over 40 at that res, so something's up. Drivers maybe? I see you're using beta drivers - why not use WHQL 285.62? I had bad performance very recently and I needed to reinstall Physx drivers to fix it.
Yes but it's still beta so could be buggy. I think your problem might be related to the actual install of drivers rather than the drivers themselves. Did you clean out your drivers in safe mode etc.?
I see that you've used 8xAA 16AF - everyone else has run 4xAA 16AF. Re run using 4xAA and see what happens AoE.
Bah they totally shagged my x79 rig, not touching them! Bit confused as to why they've not released officials in so long. Everything stock for lols 285.62s
Don't forget Intel CPUs have a higher instruction per clock than AMD, so your 4GHz AMD is probably equivalent to a 3.2GHz Intel. Having said that, it may not be down to your chip at all and could easily be software related somewhere.
