You got any addin cards? Try disabling serial, paralell, floppy and sound in bios, see if that helps...

    ok i can do that,

also let me say a few things...when i unplug the die drives and the fans, it will still freeze but about 90% of the time it will unfrezze and go back to normal...if i give it a minut or 2. during this time i heard the psu fans rev up a lil i also heard a errrm low pitch sound(im sry i cant really describle it)

also my dad had this idea:

sicne it tends to frezze right after or near when it loading stuff, such as when it does in ffxi and css-hl2. he says maybe i dont have enough ram...due to all the setting are the highest. so i was thinking should we try turnng them all the way down and see if it happens...
note: the other card was a low end 1 so all the setting where kinda low on the games

EDIT: adin's = 1 pci linksys wireless card

my dad is getting me a multi metter tommarow :thumb:

btw...sry for like flaming my mobo back there, its been a Looooooooooong day....
thanks for sticking with me

shouldnt mbm tell you the volts.

    (mbm = MotherBoard Monitor)

I wouldnt have thought it would have been thought lack of ram. Does sound like it could be a power problem though.

Yea but its carp, quite often wrong

A badly fragged hdd along with a variable sized pagefile could be a problem too...

om memtest it says i have all 512MB

but in the results its like

    cashed 512M
    RsvdMem: 276M

does that mean im only getting half of my 512!!!!!!!!

wouldnt you think that reformating the hdd would fix the page file...btw i just ran disk check and defraged it still is happaning

if u need me to get a vidio of it and send it to u my aim is javaboy389

    msn is accola@gmail.com

i will be making a short vidio of what is happaning to it and such later if u or any 1 else that might be helping me needs it

    Use 20v :)
reserved mem is usually the amount set aside for memtest, sure it wasnt k rather than mb...?

Hmm doesn't seem too bad, but get a program that can save your voltages to a log file, then play a game and go back and see what happened to the voltage. Looks to me like the PSU is crapping out under the load.
