LOL, trolls in lingerie? What the hell is going on here?! Looks like one of my ex's. :worried:

In all seriousness, this is coming along great, Cheaps. Been so busy lately, I haven't had a chance to peek in on other's stuff let alone my own. Here's some stars for ya, man!

@Javerh and perplekks45 - Your last posts were amazingly cruel.:D
@EEL - Thanks, I understand that whole 'busy' thing too well. -Although I haven't done sh*t all week.

I gotta get back at it. John has informed me he's out of worksafe jokes!

OK, OK.... I did a little this week.
-Very little. I wanted to experiment with the round bit and stuff. The first operation was to drill 1/8" holes. Then I changed to a 1/8" round bit, and cut an inset around the edge of the holes.
-The holes don't like to photographed.:( They came out nice, though. I don't have to sand them.:thumb: The big reason for this test was to see if I could use a hole to fit a 6-32 screw without tapping, and make the countersink on the CNC. It worked.
-Monkey found a box on the front porch today. Monkey loves getting stuff in the mail. *hug*
    [IMG]
-Peanuts!!!! Monkey loves peanuts! -These taste kinda funny...
    ...I forgot about DangerDen's pink packing peanuts.:hehe:
This is part one of DangerDen and Hardware Labs' sponsorship care package. -Long story short: I screwed up and forgot some stuff. Then remembered I forgot fans... So I gave up on the fans. They have been generous enough!
-First thing out of the box was about 12 feet o' Tygon. Yeah, baby! I got a lot of hose!
-Next I fished a bag of Bitspower/Fatboy barbs out of the sea of pink. These will be used in the reservoir, and possibly a memory waterblock. Exactly what I'm building is still completely unknown, but I'm trying to put together a gaming rig... and I want to use my new toy for some waterblock porn.:D
    [IMG]
-A shiny new MC-TDX waterblock for i7. I knew whatever I built, this would come in handy. The top plexi plate is pretty, but I plan on doing a new top with a bottom layer of glass green, and a top layer of opaque black.
-Hardware Labs gave me one of their new Black Ice SR1 360 radiators. The sucker is huge!
I love HWL rads! They don't stink of mineral oil when you open the box. This is one of the new models that is designed for slow fans. That's good because I will be running at least five.
-Included in the box is screw mountain. :hehe:
-Huge radiator, huge fastener collection, and HUGE improvement! I promise I won't take this one out to the back yard and torture it.
-When I get a chance I'm going to see if I can fit this cut in the CNC. Legoman666 gets another thanks for posting a model of one of these in the Sketchup library.:D I need about 5 1/4" of clearance to cut the radiator holes, and the machine should be capable of 5 1/2". I'm pushing the limits again.
So lets hear it for my kick-butt sponsors! Thanks again!

I like HWL rads. Perhaps they'll sponsor a GTS 360 XFlow for me :worried:

    Thanks for the update Cheaps.

Thanks, dudes! HWL do put out some slick looking radiators.:D

@Mvagusta - Ha! I beat you to it!

@Perplekks- Nope. I thought it would look cool if the only light in the system was coming through the tubing. Whether I can pull it off has yet to be seen.

Well, at least you will offset the CO2 emmissions that are a byproduct of you using power to run your computer. :hehe:

On the other hand, you'll have the first green, eco-friendly casing. Who has one?
