    Yes, yes I have.

Have you ever been annoyed at tech support because you obviously know more than them?

Dunno about support as I haven't got any, but after explaining to a computer store salesman what e-sata is, I was kinda fed up with the stores of this city..

Have you ever painfully stabbed yourself with a screw driver just because you didn't bother finding the right size tool? ALSO have you killed hardware because the screwdriver slippage? I did this once in the socket-A era when the coolers were bent open with a screw driver... Learned from one accident.

Have you ever done a dare that you regret?

    Unfortunately not... but later maybe!

Have you ever spent more time waiting to get on / off a plane, than actually flying in it to your destination?

    Yup, Heathrow to Edinburgh once.

Have you ever posted a really interesting question of this thread, that took you ages to come up with and has a load of personal history behind it, and that you're really proud of, just to have the following person say "Nope" and move on in the blink of an eye?

Almost - flying to Lyons on some budget one. we sat on the tarmac for aaaggeeess as the APU wouldn't start, and they couldn't open the doors with the engines on, and couldn't turn them off cos they needed power etc (I think it's juts the french making excuses). Then when we did get off the plane 30mins later, then waited 90mins for the baggage to arrive. This bloke came in through a door in the wall, and there was our plane 15m away, doors still closed. This was a flight during the *public school* holidays, so imagine all the middle class dad's going beserk at the airport staff. At least it kept us entertained...

Have you ever staple gunned a piece or clothing you're wearing to a desk / other immobile object?

No... but I did staple an item of clothing to myself once. (I got so drunk I cut off one of my trouser legs just above the knee. Realising I needed it on as it was quite cold, I could find no better alternative to keep it on than to try stapling it onto my leg. When the alcohol wore off the next morning I was literally in tears pulling big staples out of my leg in four different locations).

Have you ever done something really terrible, and blamed it on an animal / a paraplegic / a passing politician?

I put sugar on chips once if that counts? Sugar on cereal isn't great itself tbh.

Have you ever gotten off with someone whilst at work?

    No.

Have you ever had gravy with chips? It is a really good combination that I recommend you try. Along with cream cheese and jam on a bagel.

Kind of. I knocked over my beer at someones house, so put a nearby magazine on top of the spillage and pretended I hadn't seen it before.

Have you ever ran out of tobacco and it got to the point where you rolled a smoke with the contents of a tea bag? (eww)
