Yeah, as long as the impeller's not rubbing it should be fine. I'm assuming it straightens out while running, correct? Awesome top, Cheaps. Again!
Thanks. @EEL - It sits normal when it's stopped, but tilts like that when it spins up. It's lifting up off the bearing and there's no signs of rubbing in the casing. I guess I'm just paranoid. I figured out something earlier: 60 mm fans make great pump top templates. They have the same hole patterns.
cheap, in your first post you say you wont post measurements so no one gets in trouble. how can anyone get in trouble from that? great pump top BTW!
I'm referring to: some kind person here once gave me a full set of measurements that worked great, but... Oh hell. Go read AngelOD's build log. I'm just paranoid.
Come on - the dude may not measure with the best but he can sit in a tattoo chair for 4 1/2 hrs. Gotta love the Angel john
LOL. Good point, although having sat in that chair before too for a couple hours, after the first hour, you don't really feel it anymore. But back on-topic.... poor Angel!
Wait- Were they inaccurate? They worked fine for me. Feel free to post measurements you feel are better. I might use them.
This is amazing Cheaps! I bow in the dust! To get on the other topic, I think (hope) it's a misunderstanding. E.E.L. Ambiense <-- I think he somehow was referring to that he didn't want to tell who measured it... For some reason... I hope this is the reason for the mishap, if not, I'm just glad they worked out for you Cheaps!
Cheapskate <-- Np m8! Go for it! Actually, I don't remember wether I PM'd it to you, or just threw it in the log... But it's a frikkin beaut you made there!!!
