Boys look out for a dual 21700 mod. I’ve had one for a few years now (thought it was dead but it wasn’t) and I only have to put batteries in it once a day.

Yeah that doesn't actually look as chonky as I was imagining.

You see when I bought mods with encased batteries I'd pick one up every year or so.

Unfortunately now I have separate batteries thanks to @mrlongbeard I've owned this mod for one day and am already looking at others

Yeah it’s very clever tbh. It is no bigger than any dual 18650 I’ve had and it’s as light as a feather with the batteries removed.

It’s also fun to change the batteries too. It’s like a pistol mag so it’s like you’re loading it. Even makes the satisfying click when you put the body back on.

It's mahoosive, ok maybe an exaggeration, but 10mm taller and wider than my usual dual 18650 set up means it's not exactly pocket friendly

    This is the way.
My daily driver is a dual 18650 Smok Rigel
My backup is a dual 18650 Smok something or other, no idea what as it lives in my bag and hasn't seen the light of day in years
And now the Smok Fortis is added to the mix for when I'm out n about on the town, I still need to give this a try and see how long it'll take me to drain the 21700 to determine if it's viable or not.

Oh it is dude. I’ve dropped mine a few times and it’s taken it better than metal ones tbh.

One 21700 does OK. Nowhere near as long as a good pair of 18650, though.

But dual 21700 is where it’s at. I’ve got 4 4200mah molicel and I’ve had them years and they still last longer than the two cheaper moli sets I bought when I was a bit skint.

I just wait til Friday. I subbed to fogstar by accident but every Friday without fail they do fogstar Friday and take 15% off.

They’ve also thrown in some freebies from time to time also, like the superb 18650 torch I use all of the time now.

I like the nicotine, not a fan of clouds, am a fan of sneak vaping where I shouldn't

On the left. Desire? single 21700. Solid metal, weighs a ton. In the middle dual 18650. Again, weighs a ton. On the right is the dual 21700.

So aye, it is just about the biggest. However, it weighs around ten times less than the others, being polycarbonate. I will be honest, it is the easiest one to trigger. The others give me RSI. I just put my thumb on the button and squeeze with my hand.

But for battery life? lol, there is absolutely no contest. Take your single 21700 battery life and over double it. It's also got no frivolous crap on it like a very large screen that will break if you ever drop it once (like my RPM I had that was £70). All function over form really, but that is why it is the best I have ever had.

They're just a bit gamey and hard to cook, not enough meat on the bones that's all.

4 x Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tyres 235/40R18. £488. Could have got them slightly cheaper but really needed them fitted tomorrow.

Would rather have not had to spend the best part of £500 on tyres this month but it's better than the £616 the garage wanted to charge for the same Michelin's already on the car.
