Can't see what sizes those are, but the prices of those tyres do indeed seem pretty... well... pricy... Puts my Battlax Sport Touring into perspective, that's for sure!

They're; F-150/80/16, R-180/70/16, they are spendy mostly because there isn't a great deal of choice in those sizes, these were £350 fitted, if I'd have stuck with OEM it'd have been £500+

Not a purchase (yet), but I registered my interest in owning a thing.

Yes, I know how much it'll cost!

My Fiio LC-BT2 bluetooth neckband met an untimely death as I'd buggered the cables, probably due to me not taking much care of how they were stored. Didn't really want to splash out too much on something new to plug my mmcx Shure IEMs into, so found these:

First impressions are good. Very light, sound great, syncing seems decent from a quick test. Will be back after these short messages from our sponsors.

That's absolutely superb, if it really is about £350 that seems cheap compared to a lot of memorabilia tat

That's what I thought - "Studio quality" (or better!) with added functionality.
They also make the Pip-Boy I posted up-thread (but that was ordered from Bethesda).

We got a Ninja "Foodi MAX 9-in-1" a while back; it's a great bit of kit, but I do kinda regret not getting a "dual drawer" style air fryer. But we got that model because as well as being an air fryer it's also a slow cooker, a pressure cooker, a grill, a steamer, etc. We mostly just use it as an air fryer, so could've saved a fortune!

This will be the first one that we have used. Kept meaning to pick one up and whilst we do have a pretty decent deep fryer, the house we are in now doesn't have very good ventilation or extraction so we have not used it since moving in here. Going to be a good lot of playing around to see what sort of things we can do with it.

There's a bunch of free digital air fryer recipe books on the rainforest.
Also, some frozen everyday stuff like roasties & chips now have air fryer instructions on the bag.

I'm not sure if this applies across the board, but the instructions with our air fryer made it pretty simple for "day to day" stuff. Follow the instructions on the packaging for cooking in a fan oven, but knock about 5-10 degrees off the temperature. Seems to be pretty spot on so far; the odd tweak to time or temperature is needed here and there, but that's no different than if we were using the oven - it's just a question of "learning" the appliance. I actually ignore the "air fryer" cooking instructions on packaging most of the time, I tried following them once for frozen chips and absolutely incinerated them!

Yeah, to start with things are going to be mainly the basics that i would normally pan or deep fry. What it is really going to be good for (and earn me major brownie points...) is that my wife is Dutch and as such misses all the fried Dutch noms like Bitterballen, frikandell, Kroketten, and so on, and this will let her order some of those and cook them without needing the ventilation or upkeep that a deep fryer needs.

Do bear in mind that an "air fryer" is in no way a fryer of any kind; it's a small convection oven with a bizarre marketing push behind it. If you're expecting the same results you'd get from pan frying or deep frying, you're going to be disappointed - make sure to manage your expectations!
