Try to push it around so you can get the described item? They will have to give you the item you paid for and as their website stated it was the P model.

you should definitely get them to replace it with the exact same model you ordered, 330M is much faster than 310M, it's got 3 times more cores than 310M

They normally have a little disclaimer saying that they can't be held responsible for misdescriptions or errors.

But you should give it a try. :thumb:

This. Seriously, if its listed as that model, and they sold it to you as that model and you got something else, call them and nag them until you get the model you paid for.

After my issues with ebuyer last year ive become a little wiser to how things work. If your invoice says you payed for the 'P' model and the money has been taken by the company. Then they legally have to supply you with the model you actually payed for.

Contact them, and if they dont want to play get trading standards involved.

Id be a little ticked off if it wasnt the model i thought it was.

Aye, ~€500 is just too much for a monitor. This was €300. :D
Regardless, it will be better than what I have now :)

Rang them up this morning, seemed helpful enough. They don't have any R580's with GT330M's :( (I rang up Samsung UK too and they said none of the UK models have a 330, but some on the continent could do, so it depends where distributors buy their stock from). I filled out a return form online, just got to wait for the confirmation. Now on the lookout for laptops with a HD4650 in (or 240m) at the right price. Mesh do a good one - an Envy 15.

It seems Samsung themselves have dropped the ball, as on their website here, it's listed as the N11P-GE but on the specs page here it reads 310M (which is a diffierent chip, the N11M-GE).

Then, of course, you've got a fair few of the people selling the R580 as either having the N11P or the GT330M (no mention of 310M or N11M at all) and it gets bloody confusing.

I've reserved an R580 at Argos just to see if it has a 330 in it. I must be a masochist.

A nice brown satchel with buckled front pockets 'n' all from River Island.

A couple of Moleskine notebooks to keep in the bag- a small red lined one for a front pocket and a large blank one for the main compartment.

    Passion Pit EP.
