    I expect that'll mean opening the actual case itself up (as opposed to just a flap - i.e. for the RAM/HDD) - which would undoubtedly invalidate the warranty?

    But I'm pi$$ed off with them to be honest!
    As I said in an earlier post... I can't believe they didn't have a stock of the standard notebook pre-built/ready to ship :confused:
    They would then just have needed to "build" - as in swap-out/add anything different the customer requested :idea:

    Why they advertised a system for sale, when they didn't actually have any on hand... nor a reliable source for all the parts/options available... I really can't fathom :rolleyes:
